Never ending Dream

Well , this is about the dream I happen to have yesterday. We were on a road trip .Me my mom and my dad and his fellow friends. I was happy to see him after 17 years. He was in his formals .I kept wondering why is he always on formals . Oh ya ! it is suppose to be a dream and my dad is always working this is how I remember him. He kept calling me pavi .. pavi.... the sounds still rings inside my ears. I remember the slang its been pronounced. He was heading a group  explaining about the Murugan temples and the six abodes of Murugar( well,this is cos i saw kandhan karunai the day before).I was impressed the way he put his words. Easy and exact . Meanwhile a group of ladies where lost among them was my mother. My dad cracks a joke saying, You leave your mother in the middle of the ocean she will find her way back home. I expected her to be cross on my dad for being careless on her and to have lost her . To my surprise she wasn't, she kept crying , she thought my dad is ill. My dad assured her all of this is going to be OK. I really didn't understand what was going on. I buried myself into Judy Balan's book. The road trip came to an end. We boarded the bus leaving my dad behind. He caught my hand and said now is the time to LET GO! be strong and take care of yourself cos I know Renu can take care of herself more than anyone else can. I was spell bound . I kept seeing him until I lost sight of him . I gave a last glance .He was gone once and for all.....I woke up . I never wanted this dream to end ....very intense .
